1. Main Structure and Specifications
(1) Fully welded valve body design
Built-in Submerged Arc Welding (SAW/TIG): The valve body adopts a boltless connection design, which eliminates the risk of leakage through the flanges, and is suitable for direct burial, high corrosion, and high pressure.
Optimized stress distribution: Ball or cylindrical valve body design with a pressure capacity of PN16~PN100 (Class 150~600), and some models can reach PN420 (Class 2500).
Material selection:
Carbon Steel (WCB): Normal Operating Conditions
Stainless Steel (CF8/CF8M): Corrosive Environment
Low temperature steel (LCC/LCB): LNG, liquid nitrogen and other ultra-low temperatures (-196°C)
(2) Large diameter design
Nominal Diameter (DN): DN300~DN2000 (12"~80"), suitable for high-flow transmission.
Full bore: Low coefficient of flow resistance (high Cv value) to reduce pressure loss.
(3) Electric Drive
High output torque: adapts to the high torque requirements of opening and closing large diameter ball valves.
Intelligent Control:
Control Type (0~90° Proportional Control): Used for Flow Control
Switch Type (Full Open/Full Closed): Used for Cut-off
Explosion protection certification (Ex d IIC T6): suitable for flammable and explosive atmospheres
Internet of Things (IoT) interface: Remote monitoring of valve status (opening, torque, temperature)
(4) Sealing System
Soft seal (PTFE/PEEK): Suitable for clean water and petroleum products ≤150°C, with ANSI VI sealing class.
Solid Metal Seal (STL Tungsten Carbide): High temperature resistant (≤550°C), wear-resistant, suitable for steam and media containing particles.
Double seal design: main seal emergency lubrication seal (API 6D standard).
