1. Main Structure and Specifications
(1) Spherical valve body design
Geometric Structure Optimization: The valve body has a spherical or nearly spherical profile. Compared with the traditional rectangular valve body, the stress distribution is more uniform and the pressure bearing capacity is increased by more than 30%

Flow channel optimization: Full diameter design (RF standard), the flow resistance coefficient is only 0.05, which is close to the level of a straight pipe

(2) Complete Welding Process
Submerged Arc Welding (SAW): The main weld seam of the valve body adopts multi-pass submerged arc welding, and 100% radiographic inspection (RT) is detectable

No external leakage design: completely eliminates the risk of flange connection leakage, suitable for direct burial/high-risk environments Quality working conditions

(3) Improved Ball System
Three-body ball core design: consists of a shaft ball with double support, the torque is 40% lower than the traditional design

Surface Treatment:

HVOF tungsten carbide coating, hardness up to HRC75

Mirror polishing (Ra≤0.2μm), sealing surface contact area>90%
