1. Main design and features
(1) Trunnion mount
The ball is fixed by the upper and lower valve stems. Compared with the floating ball design, the working torque is less, and it is suitable for large diameters (DN50 and above) and high pressure (PN16~PN40) working conditions.
The sealing performance is more stable and can withstand pressure in both directions. Suitable for working conditions where the heating system is frequently started and stopped.
(2) Fully welded valve body
No bolted connection. The valve body uses an under-liquid-welded (SAW) or argon arc welding (TIG) process to completely eliminate the risk of leakage. Suitable for direct burial or highly corrosive environment.
Compact structure, light weight, high impact resistance, suitable for extended heating pipe networks.
(3) Sealing system
Valve Seat Material:
PTFE/PEEK (Soft Seal): Suitable for hot water ≤150°C, with excellent sealing performance (ANSI VI class).
Metal Solid Seal (Stainless Steel Tungsten Carbide): High Temperature Resistant (≤550°C), Suitable for High Temperature Steam or Hot Water, High Erosion Resistance.
Double seal design: Some models use a "spring o-ring" design to ensure long-term use without leakage.
(4) Drive Mode
Manual control (worm gear/reducer, suitable for DN50~DN300).
Electric/pneumatic actuator (suitable for DN300 and above or remote automatic control requirements).

3. Installation and maintenance recommendations
● Before welding: Clean the pipe to prevent the sealing surface from being damaged by the welding slag.
● After welding: Perform a pressure test (1.5 times the rated pressure) to make sure there is no leakage.
● Regular maintenance: Check the sealing efficiency and inject sealing grease if necessary (applicable to metal sealing valves).
