It is a high-performance valve specially used for main pipelines and large industrial systems such as the oil, gas, heating and chemical industries. It has a fully welded structure and standard size. It is suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter working conditions, and has excellent sealing and durability.

Product Details

1. Basic Structure and Characteristics
(1) Fully welded valve body
The valve body adopts an integral welding process (no bolted connection) to avoid the risk of leakage through the flanges. It has high strength and is suitable for high-pressure pipelines (PN16-PN100/class 150-600) and main pipelines.

Welding Method: Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), Argon Arc Welding (TIG), etc., to ensure the quality of welding.

(2) Large diameter design
Nominal Diameter (DN): Usually DN300~DN1200 (12"~48"), some models can reach DN2000 (80").

Pressure level: PN16~PN100 (or class 150~600), suitable for high-pressure main pipelines.

(3) Ball & Seal
Floating or fixed ball design (large diameter usually adopts fixed ball design to reduce the working torque).

Sealing Material:

Soft seal (PTFE/PEEK): suitable for low temperature (-29°C~150°C) and clean environments.

Metal Solid Seal (Stainless Steel Carbide): Resistant to high temperatures (up to 550°C), wear-resistant, suitable for harsh working environments such as steam and natural gas.

(4) Drive Mode
Manual (reducer, worm gear, suitable for DN600 and below).

Electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic (suitable for DN600 and above or for remote control requirements).

Some models are equipped with an emergency shutdown (ESD) function to meet safety requirements.

2. Applicable Areas
Oil and natural gas: Trunk pipelines (e.g., West-East gas pipeline), LNG receiving stations, storage and transportation systems.

Central heating: city heat pipelines, regional heating mains (high-temperature hot water/steam).

Chemistry and electric power: large chemical plants, boiler systems of power plants, high-pressure steam control.

Water and public utilities: large water pipelines, sewage treatment plants.

3. Selection considerations
Media characteristics: Corrosive environments (e.g. H₂S) require stainless steel or special coatings.

Temperature range: high temperature (>200°C) requires metal rigid sealing, low temperature (<-50°C) requires deep cold working.

Installation method: Underground installation requires anti-corrosion coating, and above-ground installation requires consideration of the support structure.

Drive Mode: Electric/hydraulic drive is recommended for DN600 and above to reduce the operating torque.
