Main features:
● Fully welded valve body – one-piece welded structure (no flange), no risk of leakage, high pressure bearing capacity (class 150~600, PN16~PN100).
● Direct burial design – no valve well required, direct underground installation, save construction cost, adapt to difficult soil environments (such as corrosive, wet).
● Built-in Reset Function – Equipped with an upper outlet (Vent) or lower drain (Drain) device, can manually or automatically release pressure in the valve cavity, in accordance with API 6D DBB (Double Locking and Drain) standard.
● Full-bore flow channel – the same diameter as the pipeline, allowing pigging to pass through, making it easier to maintain the pipeline.
● Ultra-high corrosion resistance – The valve body is coated with 3PE/FBE or epoxy powder spraying, resistant to soil corrosion, and has an estimated service life of more than 30 years.
● Intelligent Control – Optional electric and pneumatic actuators that support remote automatic control (e.g., SCADA system).
