Main features:
● Fully welded valve body – The valve body adopts a one-piece welded structure (no flange), with high strength and no leakage, suitable for high-pressure pipelines (class 150~600, PN16~PN100).
● Built-in Safety Device – The valve is equipped with a Vent Valve or Drain Valve, which can manually or automatically discharge the residual gas/liquid into the valve cavity.
● Double Locking and Release (DBB) Function – According to API 6D standard, when the valve is closed, the pressure in the valve cavity returns to zero through the outlet port to improve safety.
● Full-bore design – The fluid channel has no obstructions and is suitable for scraping operations (pig passing).
● Anti-corrosion and low-temperature resistance - The valve body has 3PE/FBE anti-corrosion coating, and the sealing material is suitable for low-temperature natural gas (such as -46°C~120°C).
● Multiple Drive Modes – Supports manual, electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic control, as well as the ability to integrate with automatic control systems (e.g., SCADA).
