Main features
● Fully welded valve body – The valve body adopts a one-piece welded structure without flange connection, which eliminates the risk of leakage and has a high pressure bearing capacity (usually up to class 300~600 (PN40~PN100).
● Direct Buried Design – No additional valve well required, reducing civil engineering costs and adapting to challenging underground environments (e.g., wet and corrosive soil).
● Zero leakage seal – Using a metal hard seal or a high-performance soft seal (such as PTFE) to ensure long-term leak-free use in accordance with strict standards such as ISO 15848 and API 6D.
● Full-bore design – The inner diameter of the valve cavity corresponds to the pipeline, which allows the pig to pass through, which is convenient for pipeline maintenance.
● Anti-corrosion Treatment – The outer wall of the valve body has a 3PE anti-corrosion coating or epoxy powder coating to adapt to harsh soil conditions.
● Remote Control – Can be equipped with electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuators to support automatic control (e.g., communication with SCADA system).
● Maintenance-free design – The welded design reduces the number of leakage points, and is virtually maintenance-free for long-term operation, with an estimated service life of more than 30 years.
